Our olive oil is ‘First Cold Pressed’ – a precise process that avoids using any heat (which destroys some of the subtle flavour notes that you would otherwise find in quality olive oils). Each bottle is hand-filled and subject to strict quality control.
Our olives are grown in the unique ecosystem formed at the base of the Yambira Mountain Range in New South Wales.
Elegantly presented in black glass to help keep light out and preserve the contents for longer. From our family farm to your front door.
