We planted our first commercial, chemical-free garlic crop in 2013 and we’ve been continuing the yearly ritual of planting and harvesting the bulbs ever since.

As with our olives, our garlic is planted, harvested and sorted by hand – ensuring strict quality control and seriously high-quality garlic for our customers.
