I have been buying this olive oil for the last 5 years, its the only olive oil that reminds me of the oil we have when we go to Italy the aroma the peppery taste on the tounge the flavour it adds to a green salad or a caprese salad with fresh mozzarella. When you get a fresh warm sourdough bread from bakery and you rush home and spread the oil over the bread with a pinch of sea salt amazing. Keep up the great work Robert and Natalie look foward to my next delivery. and one day I will get to the farm.
This is one of the best caramelised balsamics I've ever had. I drizzle it on salads, risottos and lamb. It's super yum. Highly recommend if you love balsamic vinegars.
