Seasme Dukkah and Olive Oil Roasted Cauliflower

At Glen Donald Estate, we've created our very own Seasme Dukkah, a nut free alternative to many dukkahs, it's just as delicious and adds a wonderful crunch and flavour to your dishes. 

As the days cool, we've been thinking of new and healthy ways to serve up vegetables and so, roasting cauliflower with our Glen Donald Estate Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkling with our Seasme Dukkah before roasting was an easy and delicious choice. 

RECIPE

Making this roasted cauliflower recipe is so easy. 

Ingredients:

1 head of fresh cauliflower washed and broken into florets

A few good glugs of GDE Olive oil

Glen Donald Estate Seasme Dukkah

Extra sea salt and pepper to taste 

 

METHOD

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius, and line a baking tray with compostable baking paper.

Place your cauliflower pieces on the tray. Drizzle with olive oil and shake on GDE Seasme Dukkah. 

Using your hands toss the cauliflower ensuring it's well coated. 

Bake of around 25 minutes or until golden and smelling delicious. Enjoy with your favourite protein. We love it with roast lamb or goat especially.
