Ingredients
Cinnamon Scones (Gluten, dairy, nut free)
- 3 Cups Gluten Free Self-Raising Flour
- Teas spoon cinnamon
- 300mls Lactose Free Cream
- 250mls of Lemonade (Mineral water if sugar free)
Method
Pre heat fan forced oven 160 Degrees
1.Place ingredients in a bowl
2.Combine ingredients with a bowl
3.Tip on baking paper sprinkled with flour.
4.Sprinkle top with flour then place baking paper on top and gentle flatten. (with dough at lease three centimetres high)
5. Using a narrow glass to cut out scone. (Dip edge in flour to prevent sticking)
6. Place on tray, and bake in oven approx. 25 minutes or until top begins to brown.
7. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before cutting to serve.
